These Terms of Service govern your use of Soaply, operated by BCS Ventures, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Description of Service

Soaply is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform that converts audio recordings into structured SOAP notes. The service includes:

• Audio upload and transcription
• AI-generated SOAP note creation
• Note management and export
• Patient record organization

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

• You agree to use Soaply only for lawful purposes
• You will not upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• You will not use the service to store or process data in violation of healthcare regulations applicable to your practice

Clinical Responsibility

Soaply provides AI-generated clinical documentation as a tool to assist healthcare professionals. All generated SOAP notes should be reviewed and approved by a licensed healthcare provider before use in clinical practice. BCS Ventures, LLC is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content. The accuracy of AI-generated notes depends on the quality of the audio input.

Intellectual Property

Soaply and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BCS Ventures, LLC. Your clinical content (uploaded audio, generated SOAP notes) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Payment and Subscriptions

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refund policies are described at the time of purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Limitation of Liability

Soaply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BCS Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
• You may close your account at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
